Nice to meet you! Here is a little about me, for you.

I am a 500-hour plus qualified yoga teacher and a full-time yoga student!
I discovered yoga in 2015 when I moved from Rome to London. I practised on and off in between other sports, for injury recovery as well as building strength and flexibility.
I completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLondon in 2021 and Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training with Triyoga in January 2022.
The journey continued via Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Cyndi Lee at Triyoga in February 2023 and with MoreYoga in November 2023 when I completed a 50-hour Teacher Training of Restorative and Yin Yoga with the fabulous Erika Shapiro.
I complemented my trainings in February 2025 with the 300-hrs Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Training in Goa, India at Sampoorna Yoga. I have been learning in this intensive training from Hayley Wanders (Vinyasa and Feminine Embodiment teacher), Rowena Johnson (Advanced Jivamukti teacher) and many more inspiring teachers and human beings.
When I am not on the mat, you can find me spending time in nature, practising sports and travelling around the world mainly chasing the sun! I also work as a Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist in London and I apply the clinical and anatomical knowledge gained through work to each class, regardless of it being specifically yoga for all or yoga for breast cancer, which is part of my one to one or group offering.
By sharing my passion and knowledge for yoga with you, I aim to bring ease to the mind and mobility to the body, giving you added physical and emotional strength, resilience and flexibility that you never knew you had.
The paths of yoga are endless — it all starts with the breath and a pose, expanding into a never-ending path of self-discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my classes, and I look forward to achieve your wellness goals together.
